Literally huge amounts of players want to be the next "big thing" in poker, but here is a short list of four of the more well known "charming guys" of the game. Although "nice" is connected with their names when you are sitting accross the table from them it is "no more Mr. Nice guy" up until they have removed you out of the game!
Daniel Negreanu
In 2004, his tourney payouts amounted to more than $4.4 million and he attained 2 highly respected awards in the WSOP Player of the Year and Cardplayer Magazine’s Competition Player of the Year. Known as "The Professor" and brother of fellow poker pro Annie Duke. His success has allowed him to make an educational poker video called "Secrets of No Limit Hold’em" and co holding a tournament poker show for Fox TV. As of Two Thousand and Five, his total life earnings surpass $2.7 million.
Scotty Nguyen
Scott is one of the most active players in poker and from 2000 to Two Thousand and Four he placed in the money in more than one hundred competitions. He is notorious for saying "yeah baby" throughout poker matches and also coined the phrase "that’s poker baby" when referring to a exceptionally bad beat. As of Two Thousand and Six, his life time winnings are just about 6 million dollars.
Chris Ferguson
Chris has won 5 World Series of Poker titles with 2 of his wins happening in Two Thousand and Three.
